Even though some exercises felt awkward, they really worked well in either energising or calming me down which I found interesting because I was not expecting them to do much. For example, I know myself and that I have tried doing the upside-down bridge pose before but failed to raise myself up. During the workshop however, I found that I was able to keep it for quite a long time.”
