“I really enjoyed the different positions and breathing exercises. Even though some exercises felt awkward, they really worked well in either energising or calming me down which I found interesting because I was not expecting them to do much. I also enjoyed how slow we took everything as it helped me be able to focus more on the harder positions. For example, I know myself and that I have tried doing the upside-down bridge pose before but failed to raise myself up. During the workshop however, I found that I was able to keep it for quite a long time.”

At the end you have a few minutes where everyone lies down and closes their eyes while listening to music, and it’s very nice because it helps to ground you after your yoga.”
